Methods of administration vary, depending on such factors as the medical condition, medicinal properties for treatment, and medicinal property source/s.

Safety Precautions

• Nutrients: may be increased by 3 to 5 times the recommended daily allowance (RDA) for short-term (up to 10 days) medicinal use. For long-term (more than 10 days) medicinal use, additional nutrients may be needed to prevent nutritional imbalances and related side effects.
• Oxygenation: antacids, antianemics, antioxidants, depuratives and exercise all increase oxygenation to the body, which is known to improve nearly all medical conditions. Excess oxygen is not however, recommended for infants, those with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), or emphysema.
