The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or
substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See below for information on customizing these
and other recipes to suit your needs).

Non-Dairy Whipped Cream
1 1/2C walnuts
1/2C non-dairy milk
2tbsp sugar or substitute
1tbsp rosehip powder
1tbsp non-dairy yogurt
Soak walnuts in water overnight, strain out water, rinse and drain. Heat milk, sugar and rosehip powder in a saucepan,
stirring until all is dissolved; let cool and chill in freezer for up to 4 hours. Puree all ingredients in a blender, using
a rubber scraper to help turn over the cream. If it isn't sweet enough, add more sugar (dissolved in milk); if too stiff add milk
and continue blending until fluffy and smooth; refrigerate.
