The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or
substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See
pantry basics for information
on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Cole Slaw
2C mayonnaise
2tbsp lemon juice
2tbsp vinegar
2tbsp sugar
2tsp mustard
1tsp sea salt
1tsp pepper
1 diced onion
2-3 grated carrots
1 head grated green cabbage
Mix together onions, carrots and cabbage in a large bowl; mix remaining ingredients separately, then combine all
in the large bowl and mix well; refrigerate at least 2-4hrs before serving.
