The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or
substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See below for information on customizing these
and other recipes to suit your needs).

Salt Substitutes
Vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, rosehip or tomato powder
For Flavored Salts: add 1tsp dried and powdered tomatoes, lemons, onions, garlic, celery or other powdered
foods per tablespoon of sea salt
For Seasoned Salt: combine 1C sea salt with 1tbsp paprika, 1tsp pepper, 1/2tsp garlic powder and 1/4tsp celery
salt, black and red pepper flakes (each)
