The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or
substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See
pantry basics for information
on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Potato Soup
1C white gravy
4 diced potatoes
2 chopped tomatoes
1 stalk chopped celery
1 chopped, cubed carrot
1/2 diced onion
1tsp sea salt
1/2tsp pepper
water
Saute celery, onions and tomatoes in oil; set aside. Place the potatoes and carrots in a large pot, cover
with water, add sea salt and pepper, then boil until veggies are tender. Stir in sauteed veggies and
gravy, puree half of the soup
in a blender, then return to the pot. Simmer 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally; remove from heat.
