The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See pantry basics for information on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Pizza Dough & Bread Sticks
4C flour
2C milk
1C oil
1tbsp powdered rosehips
1tbsp calcium carbonate powder
1tsp sea salt and oregano (each)
1/2tsp thyme and garlic powder (each)
1/4tsp basil

Mix dry ingredients, then slowly mix in milk and oil until you can roll the dough into a ball with your hands; knead 5-10 minutes.

For Bread Sticks: roll dough into bread stick shapes (about 6" long by 1-2" thick), then sprinkle oregano, thyme and basil over top; bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
