Peanut Butter Cups
1C peanut butter
1/4C powdered sugar
1/4C flour
chocolate chips

Melt chocolate chips over low heat and pour just enough into muffin papers to cover the bottoms. Mix together peanut butter, flour and powdered sugar, then roll out flat (about 1/4" thick) on a lightly floured surface and cut into circles small enough to fit into the muffin papers with enough room to spare that melted chocolate chips will fill the gap between paper and peanut butter mixture to coat completely. Place peanut butter dough circles in muffin papers on top of the melted carob chips, then cover completely with another thin layer of melted carob chips; refrigerate overnight.
