The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See pantry basics for information on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Orange Cream Salad
3 sliced bananas
2 chopped apples
2C chopped pineapple
2C chopped peaches
1C mandarin slices
1C vanilla yogurt
1C whipped cream
1/2C orange juice

Combine and stir ingredients together in a large bowl; refrigerate overnight before serving.

* May also mix in 2C mini-marshmallows (just before serving) and/or 1/2C marcino cherries (cut in half)
