The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or
substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See
pantry basics for information
on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Neatloaf
4C raw veggie burger
1/2C tomato sauce
2tbsp ketchup
rolled oats or barley
Mix and mash together veggie burger, tomato sauce, ketchup and enough rolled oats or barley to make a stiff dough.
Press mixture into a greased bread pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1hr, or until cooked through. Let
cool, slice and serve.
