Nutrino Essene Bread
1C barley sprouts
1C sunflower seed sprouts
1/2C diced apples
1/4C sunflower seeds
1/4C walnuts
3 pitted dates
2tbsp honey
2tbsp nutrino oil
2tsp sea salt
1tsp nutrino extract
1/2tsp cinnamon (optional)
Soak walnuts and sunflower seeds in water 6 hours. Separately, soak the dates in water for about 1 hour,
then drain nuts, seeds and dates and puree in a blender with honey, oil, sea salt, nutrino extract and cinnamon.
Add remaining ingredients and blend on low to mix. Form the dough into a loaf about 2" tall and dehydrate at
90-100F for 10-12 hours (in a convection oven or covered and in the sun all day during the summer); when done
it should be crisp on the outside and moist on the inside.
