The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or
substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See below for information on customizing these
and other recipes to suit your needs).

Vegan Mayonnaise
1C oil
1C milk
1/2C water
2tsp lemon juice
pinch of paprika
1/4tsp sugar, vinegar, sea salt, thyme, parsley, garlic and onion powders (each)
Blend ingredients in a blender, slowly adding oil last. Blend for another minute or two, bottle and
refrigerate.
