Recipes

The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See pantry basics for information on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Ketchup
1/4C oil
1/4C water
1/2C sugar
1/2C chopped onion
4 skinned, chopped tomatoes
1tbsp pureed tomatoes
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2tsp sea salt
1/2tsp ginger
1/4tsp pepper

Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer 30 minutes, let cool and puree ingredients in a blender, then bottle and refrigerate.
