Recipes

The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See pantry basics for information on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Hot Apple Cider
8C apple cider
1/2C orange juice
1/4C lemon juice
1/4C apple syrup
1tsp allspice
1/2tsp nutmeg
8 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks

Combine ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, then remove from heat.
