The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or
substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See
pantry basics for information
on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Guacamole Dip
4 ripe avocados
1 large tomato
1/2 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic
1tbsp green onion
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp cilantro
2tsp parsley
1/2tsp sea salt
1/4tsp pepper
1/4tsp basil
Puree ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy; refrigerate 3-4 hours before serving.
