The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or
substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See
pantry basics for information
on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Green Salad
Prepare and toss together lettuce, tomatoes and anything else that sounds good (such as spinach, sliced avocado,
cucumbers, mushrooms, cooked beans, grated carrots, red cabbage, sprouts, seeds, etc.), then drizzle salad dressing
over top.
