Fruit Leather
2C fruit syrup
4C chosen chopped fruit

Puree fruit with fruit syrup, then spread a thin layer over a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper; let dry in the sun. Once tops are completely dry, place another sheet of waxed paper over top, turn over and remove waxed paper from the bottom; let dry in the sun completely. With a sheet of waxed paper on both sides, cut into the desired sizes and roll up each strip of fruit leather into a cylinder shape; store in a paper bag for a few days. Check to be sure each strip of fruit leather is completely dry on both sides; if not, dry both sides in the sun longer and store as before.
