Elephant Ears
Divide bread dough (from salt rising bread recipe) into portions about golf-ball size and roll out on a floured surface as round as possible (about 1/4" thick). Deep fry both sides until light golden brown, then brush lightly with melted butter and top with cinnamon and sugar.
