The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or
substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See
pantry basics for information
on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

No-Bake Cheesecake
3C whipped cream
1C cream cheese
1 1/2C flour
1/3C white sugar
1/3C brown sugar
1/3C softened butter
2tsp lemon juice
1/2tsp cinnamon
fruit pie filling
Stir together flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter; press into a pie pan and refrigerate until firm. Separately
mix together whipped cream, cream cheese and lemon juice until soft, then beat in white sugar. Pour into chilled crust
and top with any fruit pie filling; refrigerate
overnight.
