The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or
substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See
pantry basics for information
on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Cinnamon Rolls
1/4tsp cinnamon per 2tsp sugar
salt rising bread dough
melted butter
sugar glaze
Roll dough out flat (about 1/2" thick) on a floured surface. Lightly brush top of the dough with melted
butter, then sprinkle a thin layer of cinnamon and sugar over top. Roll dough up into a long cylinder shape (cinnamon
and sugar side in), moistening the edge of the end of dough with water to seal and hold the roll together. Slice across
the roll of dough every 1-2" to form shorter rolls, then bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350F for 25-35 minutes or
until golden brown; drizzle sugar glaze over top.
