The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See pantry basics for information on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Broccoli & Cauliflower Salad
2C cherry tomatoes
2C chopped broccoli
2C chopped cauliflower
2 stalks diced celery
1C grated carrots
1C ranch dressing
1C mayonnaise
1C sour cream
1/2 diced onion
1/2 chopped red bell pepper

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix and refrigerate overnight.
