Recipes

The following whole food recipes are principally vegetarian, although ingredients can always be added or substituted to make them vegan, or even non-vegetarian. (See pantry basics for information on customizing these and other recipes to suit your needs).

Three Bean Salad
2C green beans
2C wax beans
2C cooked soybeans
1/2C diced bell pepper
1/2C chopped celery
1/2C diced onion
1 minced garlic clove
2/3C vinegar
2/3C oil
1/3C honey
1tsp sea salt
1tsp pepper

Saute garlic and onions, then combine and stir together all ingredients in a large bowl; refrigerate overnight before serving.
