Medicinal Properties

Provided below is a list of medicinal properties, which are used to produce specific effects for the treatment of a wide range of medical conditions. If for some reason treatment becomes necessary despite the application of healthy living practices, the medicinal properties of natural alternative medicines such as foods, herbs, nutrients, phytochemicals, body chemicals and/or other natural substances may in most cases be used in place of pharmaceutical drugs.

Note: generally two or more remedies work better than one; reduce exercise but increase rest, water, enzymes and electrolytes (acidic and alkaline nutrients) when ill
Herbs: for simplification and other purposes, the number of herbs listed is limited to as few as possible (i.e., aloe, brier rose, evening primrose, geranium, horsetail, lavender, lemongrass, marjoram, mullein, peppermint, raspberry, rosemary and sage)
Nutrients: may be increased by 3-5 times the recommended daily allowance (RDA) for internal medicinal uses and symptomatic relief, generally no longer than 10 days over a period of one month
